Our fees are transparent with different payment options available.

The tables below clearly show what is and isn’t included in our fee structures. Generally, food and transport are charged separately and will be itemised on your termly invoice.
Although we charge fees termly there is an option to pay monthly via direct debit with School Fee Plan.

Quinton House School is a registered provider under the Early Education funding for eligible 3 and 4 year olds and offers up to 15 hours of childcare entitlement per week.
All Nursery fees shown above are exempt from VAT.

MINIMUM SESSIONS REQUIRED:
Nursery - 3 morning sessions per week
Preschool (the academic year before they start Reception in the September) - 5 sessions per week, including 3 mornings
Afternoon Tea (compulsory for 4-6pm session) - £1.70 per day
5 weeks holiday club (8.30am-5.30pm) - £190 per week
*Please note sessions are not able to be booked on an ad hoc basis.

Payments

Key information and additional fees:
  • Fees are due in full by direct debit on or before the first day of each term

  • In our Nursery setting, where your student is eligible, the fees will include the impact of Early Years Funding from Northampton Council

  • Payments may be made by the School Fee Plan (SFP)

  • If an instalment plan is in place, you must adhere to the agreed timing, frequency and method of payment

  • Late payment of fees will accrue a surcharge calculated at 1.5% per month from the first day of term

  • Preparatory school only - tea is available at an additional charge.

  • School Transport fees; varies depending on requirement and charged separately. These can be requested from the Operations Manager, ashley.fuller@quintonhouseschool.co.uk

  • Fees for public examinations (GCE, GCSE): these are charged separately.

  • Specialist additional tuition (Music, Dyslexia etc): these are charged separately.

  • Fees are subject to an annual review, which usually takes place in April. The new academic year’s fees will be published on this webpage during the Summer Term.

Sibling discounts:
  • 5% discount for one sibling

  • 10% discount for an additional sibling

  • 15% discount for any further siblings

International student fees

International students key information:
  • To secure a place, a £6,000 deposit is required. This is refundable when your child leaves school

  • Students are required to pay a £2,000 English language support (EAL) fee per annum in addition to their tuition fees

  • International students will be asked to pay the full year of tuition fees upfront
