Quinton House School fosters a strong sense of community among its pupils and staff. As a result, our pupils are well-rounded, compassionate individuals who seek to make positive contributions to their local, national and international communities. Pupils refer to Quinton as their other family.
Every year local care home residents are invited to a Christmas concert to experience the musical talents of our pupils. We also enjoy partnerships with the Royal & Derngate Theatre and the Northampton Saints rugby club. We collaborate with local housing developers, most notably Keepmoat, who we have recently worked with on a unique project between pupils and local artists to create an art installation on Upton Place.
Further afield, we have wider community links through the Cognita family of schools, and the Global Fund for Children charity, which seeks to improve the lives of the world’s most disadvantaged young people. The school is regularly involved in other fundraising and charity events including Macmillan Cancer Research, Sport Relief, Comic Relief and Children in Need. The school also hosts seasonal fayres and an annual bonfire night which is open to all.
