Students celebrate A Level achievements
Sixth Form students from Quinton House School are celebrating another year of excellent A Level results with a 100% pass rate, outperforming the national average which has stayed consistently at 97% for the last 3 years. Over 70% of all grades awarded were at A* – C Grade.
Among those celebrating their results was Ella Milner, who gained 1 A* and 2 A grades and will read Psychology at the University of Birmingham, while Luke Hiorns-Boddington will read Medicine at the University of East Anglia after achieving 2 A’s and 1 B.
At Quinton House School, it isn’t just about academic success. Students are offered extra-curricular activities in a wide range of areas, including Sport, Dance, Drama and Art and enjoy the rounded education this variety brings.
Tim Hoyle, Headmaster at Quinton House School, said, “We are immensely proud of our students’ achievements and it is a pleasure to celebrate with them today after all their hard work. We are delighted to hear that many students have secured places at their first-choice universities, to read competitive subjects such as Medicine, Psychology and History. We wish them every success in their continued studies and future careers.”
